HFS Research named Krista a Hot Vendor for its unique AI-led intelligent automation platform. HFS OneOffice™ Hot Vendors are an exclusive group, each with a differentiated value proposition based on their offerings’ distinctiveness, ecosystem robustness, client impact, financial position, and impact in the HFS OneOffice Framework.
HFS Research found Krista to have unique natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities to automate complete end-to-end business processes and operationalize and scale machine learning.
“Cutting through the noise around intelligent automation remains challenging. With capabilities around process intelligence being the flavor of the month, talking to a provider that aims to reimagine intelligent automation through natural language understanding (NLU) and low-code capabilities makes for a refreshing change,” states the report’s author, Tom Reuner of HFS Research.
“Krista is an elegant iPaaS (integration platform-as-a-service) platform leveraging NLU as its interface. She makes designing a process like describing a conversation between your people and your apps,” states Krista CEO John Michelsen. “Our mission is to simplify job functions and end-to-end business process by moving more work to software instead of continuing to overwhelm knowledge workers with more apps,” Michelsen continued.
